Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to allow returns. If you would like to submit a claim for damaged or defective product, please contact Whitney Jordan Naturals Customer Service within 30 days of purchase. Please note, this is only valid for purchases made on WhitneyJordan.net.

We do not issue refunds of any kind for products that were not purchased directly from WhitneyJordan.net. Products that were not purchased from WhitneyJordan.net should be returned to the store where they were originally purchased, this includes orders made through online sellers such as Amazon.
