Shipping policy

Whitney Jordan Naturals ships orders to all 50 U.S. states. Free shipping is applied on all orders.

Whitney Jordan Naturals orders typically ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We ship all items from our third-party eCommerce fulfillment center.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated transit time varies by location. Shipment and delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days depending on location and weather conditions. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or over a major holiday weekend may take longer to be delivered.

Whitney Jordan Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or severe weather.

Shipment tracking is provided directly from the courier. Any questions about package locations or delivery times should be directed to the courier for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
